Even as an experienced parent of a teen or young adult, your role continuously has you stepping into new territory. 

Successful College Parenting's Parenting Check-up is an opportunity for you to periodically discuss your parenting approach, explore new strategies and affirm your parenting choices. 

The Parenting Check-up coaching program consists of four 1 hour-long private telephone coaching sessions, typically spaced three months apart.  The calls are scheduled at your convenience and include an email summary of the coaching conversation and recommended action steps.  

Your parent coach, Kay Kimball Gruder, M.Ed, is a graduate of the Parent Coaching Institute in collaboration with Seattle Pacific University and has 22 years of on-campus experience guiding and advising students and their parents. 

The Parenting Check-up is designed for the parent who knows that he or she would benefit from new parenting strategies to address the changing needs and transitions of their student through the pre-college and college years.
